Is Mounting Hardware included with My purchase?

Yes, we provide all hardware needed for mounting onto a wood surface or hollow wall unless otherwise mentioned.

how much weight can this hold?

While all of our items are made from solid steel, we can not advise on specific weight loads due to variances in mounting surfaces and different types of construction. If you are unsure of how to mount or attache your item please consult with a local contractor.

Can any item be customized?

Most generally any of our products can be customized. Please plan in advance and submit a request for customization to double check. Please keep in mind customizations may take longer create.

how long will i have to wait for my order?

Every item is handmade just for you after your order is placed. Items will ship out between 1-2 weeks of placing an order, however usually sooner then that. If for any reason your order will take longer than this amount of time, you will be notified immediately.

can my order be rushed?

Maybe, each item is forged or fabricated in the order in which they are received. This keeps everything fair for each customer. There may however be times when we can accommodate a quicker turnaround time. So please contact us and we will do everything we can to try and  help without delaying other customer's items.

how will my order be shipped?

We ship via USPS priority mail and all oversized items will ship via UPS.

​Do you ship outside of the USA?

Not at this time.

Can I cancel my order?

Our items are handmade at the time of order. Because of our material and labor costs, orders cannot be cancelled once either the materials are ordered and/or fabrication has started. At these times all sales are final. If you change your mind, please contact us directly and immediately, We will help out as much as possible

​Can I return my order?

We accept all returns up to 30 days after your order has shipped excluding personalized or custom orders. Please send us a message to let us know you wish to return your order. Once we have recieved the order and verify that is has no obvious signs of damage we will refund the original product amount. Return shipping cost is your responsibility.
